STW Guest Speaker – William (Bill) Lyons, Chief Policy Officer and Deputy to City of Knoxville Mayor

We’re one week away from having the opportunity of hearing William (Bill) Lyons, Chief Policy Officer and Deputy to Knoxville City Mayor Madeline Rogero, speak to us about a large part of his profession, economic and downtown development in the City of Knoxville. A few other major responsibilities regarding policies include affordable housing, historic preservation, strategic communications, and political participation.
