Each year, at the end of the summer, Little Inspirations’ Team retreats on site for professional development without the children’s presence. Little Inspirations teachers are committed to their work, and this year we focused on The Growth Mindset as a tool for helping us to grow into our best selves as individuals, as team members, and of course, as teachers. We are now embarking on a study of our own practice through reflective teaching and supervision, so that we can assist one another in a community of practice. We know that the best way for us to help our children grow to be their best selves, is by modeling the habits that help us grow to become our best selves. It is a lifelong process…!
